I do know Peter Corp Dyrendal. He played pra’ek for “Saeng Dau Gub Sai Lom (??????????????)” with Marsha back in 2001. I was just thinking I wanted to finish that lakorn. I saw it a few years back and never got a chance to finish it because I had to attend some sort of school concert.
The first time I saw him I thought “Hot guy” and my aunt telling me his Thai sucks. Back then, I couldn’t tell the difference between poorly spoken Thai and correct Thai, I just understood it. Since then, my Thai has gotten better and now I can totally make fun of him. HAHA.
From what I can remember, Marsha played an overstressed Thai actress who takes a trip to Australia to relax or maybe research for a role. Marsha stays at a hotel near a big lake where they offer boating and water skiing lessons. Marsha signs up for one of them. Peter played the role of her water sport instructor and somehow they fall in love. In their relationship, Marsha keeps it a secret that she is a famous Thai actress and has a fiance waiting for her back in Thailand. I think the Thai media finds out about their relationship and Marsha is forced to return to Thailand to clear the news. When Marsha returns to Thailand, she doesn’t tell Peter. She pretty much packed her stuff and disappeared without saying good-bye. Peter loves her, so he follows her to Thailand.
I think that’s what happened. It’s been 7 years, my memory has become vague.
I remember at the end Marsha returns to Australia to the hotel near the big lake. Peter still works there as a water sport instructor. They meet at the water deck. They hug and the lakorn ends.
Here are some Marsha screen caps from the lakorn. Did I refresh your memory to the people who had seen “Saeng Dau Gub Sai Lom” back in the day?
